SHIPPING RATE

We ship worldwide

* Standard shipping rate is US$4.95

* Free Shipping for orders over US$50

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. You cannot change shipping address or cancel the order once an order is shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time are estimates and are not guaranteed. It may take more time in the event of forces of nature, during Christmas, Valentine's Day, due to custom inspections or other factors that are beyond our control. 

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates based on previous orders:

  • United States, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, South East Asia - 2 to 3 weeks
  • Rest of the world - 2 to 5 weeks

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?

If you plan to buy our product as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Multiple items may be shipped separately as they may come from multiple suppliers. Thus, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

DEZYMART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please make a report with your respective shipping carrier provided to you via email.

REFUND POLICY

DEZYMART will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

DEZYMART will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
